The main purpose of PTELAB is provide environment for enablement classes scheduled in PTE. Since there might be a need for more practice after classes and sometime for self learning, we can consider providing environments for practice on Verint products whenever having enough resources beside classes. The environment usually is the one we use in classes. Each request can be last for a week and based on first in first served. Please note that we could not provide environment for troubleshooting customer issue nor for testing/developping software.
Whenever you need an environment for practice, either a new installation or configuration or want to review a feature of Verint Product, you might review Lab Environments and request a lab for it; or if it is not in the list send us a Lab Request with your need (we will need to review if we have an environment can be used for your specific need).
While building environments, we record and create Clips with detail steps for some tasks. It might be useful as references while working in this Lab environment in some cases.
